Track changes in iPad Pages

I have used Pages on my iPad, but can't figure out how to track changes and insert comments. The Documents to Go Premium app can display tracked changes and comments, but you can't edit and create new track changes.To get around this issue, you can try a remote desktop client on the iPad, such as LogMeIn, Splashtop. Then you can use Word on my computer remotely from my iPad.
