Can't sort events in Photos app on iOS 4.2.1

I have 25000 photos on my iPad and also have Events sorted newest to oldest in iPhoto '11 (9.1) on OS X 10.6.5. Before the iOS 4.2.1 update, events showed up that way on my iPad. But it became extremely problematic to have the oldest ones first since the IOS 4.2.1 upgrade. It seems that I can't get my iPad to reflect the sort order that shows in iPhoto no matter what I do.After deleted the photo
